A well-respected law firm in Bonita Springs is seeking an experienced Paralegal with strong experience in estates, trusts, guardianship, and probate matters. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team with a steady caseload and long-term stability.
What They’re Looking For
Minimum of 3 years’ paralegal experience in estates, trusts, guardianship, or probate (corporate and litigation experience a plus)
Strong knowledge of estate and trust administration processes
Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, and eFiling systems across multiple counties
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and maintain confidentiality
Strong written and oral communication skills
Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, court officials, and financial institutions
What You’ll Do
Assist with all phases of estate and trust administration
Draft pleadings, correspondence, and legal documents for attorney review
Prepare and file pleadings to initiate and maintain estate proceedings
Gather and organize information regarding assets and debts of estates/trusts
Prepare detailed estate and trust accountings
Communicate with courts, regulatory agencies, and financial institutions as needed
Support attorneys with client communication and case management
