What you need to know before applying:
You should have 3+ years of litigation experience in California
Law school matters to this firm, they will only consider candidates from top 100
This firm is willing to train on the trust/estate/ probate litigation practice area, if you are someone who wants to specialize and be mentored
If you have litigation skills within the desired practice area, you will be compensated higher than if you need to be trained
You are experienced in handling a fair amount of depositions, argued discovery motions, and are comfortable with the written discovery process
The base advertised on this position does not included year end bonus
Medical, dental, vision, LT Disability and life insurance is 100% sponsored by the firm
401K and profit-share
Billable hours are 1800
