About the Role
This Superintendent manages day-to-day field operations for commercial and industrial job sites. The role ensures project safety, quality, coordination, and on-time completion.
Key Responsibilities
Manage onsite subcontractors and field crews
Implement safety programs and daily jobsite reporting
Track production, schedule adherence, and material deliveries
Work directly with PMs to solve field issues
Maintain high standards of workmanship and documentation
Qualifications
5+ years of field leadership in commercial or industrial builds
Experience with fast-paced, multi-trade coordination
Deep understanding of field safety practices and quality standards
