About the Role
The Project Controls Manager supports large-scale industrial construction projects by overseeing cost management, scheduling, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project schedules and cost control systems
Monitor productivity, budget performance, and risk indicators
Create accurate forecasts and monthly progress reports
Support PM teams with analytics, documentation, and compliance
Qualifications
5+ years in project controls for commercial/industrial construction
Strong proficiency with scheduling and cost management software
Financial analysis and reporting experience
