Hands-on role that involves supervising a maintenance crew, managing the facility's upkeep and grounds, overseeing preventative maintenance schedules, and handling the maintenance budget and purchasing. The position requires experience in facility maintenance, and food manufacturing or regulated environments are a plus, along with strong knowledge of building systems like plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. 

The Ideal Candidate Brings:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience managing facility maintenance.
  • Industry experience: Experience in food manufacturing or a regulated environment is preferred.
  • Technical knowledge: Solid understanding of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and other building systems is essential.
  • Skills: Ability to act as a project manager and a hands-on approach are necessary.
