About the Role
The Senior Scheduler supports planning and forecasting for commercial and industrial construction projects by developing, monitoring, and maintaining detailed schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Build baseline schedules and perform regular schedule updates
Conduct critical path analysis and performance reviews
Work with PMs, field teams, and subcontractors to sequence work
Support risk assessments and mitigation strategies
Qualifications
5+ years construction scheduling experience
Proficiency with scheduling platforms and CPM methods
Strong communication and coordination abilities
