About the Role
This role oversees multiple related commercial and industrial construction projects under a broader capital improvement program.
Key Responsibilities
Manage program-wide budgets, schedules, and performance indicators
Lead communication between stakeholders, engineers, and field teams
Ensure project alignment with program goals and compliance requirements
Improve processes and resource usage across all program projects
Qualifications
8+ years in multi-project or program-level construction management
Experience with industrial or manufacturing facility projects
Strong organizational, budget, and communication skills
