About the Role
The Site Manager oversees field operations for industrial process, facility, and equipment installation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead on-site teams and enforce safety and quality standards
Coordinate subcontractors, specialty trades, and material flow
Monitor daily progress and maintain accurate reporting
Resolve field constraints and coordinate with engineering
Qualifications
6+ years in industrial construction or mechanical-heavy roles
Strong leadership with proven field management success
Experience with complex equipment or system installations
