About the Role
The Estimating Manager leads preconstruction estimating activities, cost modeling, and bid proposals for commercial and industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee full estimating process including quantity takeoffs and bid reviews
Work closely with project teams to develop accurate scopes
Build cost models and maintain current unit pricing
Lead subcontractor outreach and competitive bid analysis
Qualifications
7+ years estimating experience
Broad trade knowledge across commercial and industrial disciplines
Strong analytical and communication skills
