What You’ll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of 8 technicians

  • Manage daily service operations to ensure efficiency and top-tier customer service

  • Oversee scheduling, workflow, and service quality

  • Assist with hiring, training, and development of service team members

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal departments

  • Ensure safety, compliance, and performance standards are met

Who You Are

  • Experienced in the agricultural equipment industry or equipment dealership sector

  • A hands-on leader who can take control of a service department and drive performance

  • Skilled in communication, customer service, and operational organization

  • Comfortable balancing technical knowledge with team leadership and customer interaction
