Gpac is looking for an experienced  Construction Human Resources Manager!

Location: Near Four Corners, MT

Salary Range: $100,000K - $140,000K DOE

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master's degree preferred - Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role - In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations - Strong understanding of HR best practices and industry trends

Position Overview:As the Human Resources Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our HR department, including employee relations, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and performance management. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, annual salary reviews, and employee recognition programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems (e.g., Workday).
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to foster a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Manage the workers' compensation claims process in collaboration with insurance providers.
  • Lead succession planning initiatives to identify high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
