A leading insurance defense firm in Jacksonville is seeking a litigation-ready General Liability Associate Attorney with 2–10 years of experience in insurance defense, civil litigation, and general liability matters. This is a role for attorneys who want to deepen their trial experience, take real ownership of files, and grow within a respected, high-performance litigation team.
What You’ll Do:
Manage a caseload of premises liability, bodily injury, and commercial GL matters
Handle files from pre-suit through trial with autonomy and support
Conduct depositions, hearings, motion practice, and trials
Collaborate with senior partners, clients, and support staff to drive case strategy
What We’re Looking For:
2–10 years of litigation experience, ideally in insurance defense or general liability
Strong interest in courtroom exposure and trial strategy
Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
What You’ll Get:
