A growing, well-established real estate law firm in Milwaukee is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join its dynamic and engaging litigation group. The successful candidate will regularly handle a wide variety of matters, including:
- Enforcement of property restrictions
- Contract disputes
- Construction defects
- Other real property litigation issues

Application Requirements
- Cover letter describing your skills and background
- Must be admitted to practice law in Wisconsin
- 5+ years of relevant litigation experience in real estate, corporate, or contract law, or in representing governmental organizations in civil litigation matters
- Demonstrated dedication and strong work ethic in prior roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems and other professional software
- Availability during standard business hours, as well as some evenings and weekends for client meetings
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Ability to manage a high project load and administrative staff
- In-depth knowledge and ability to independently manage a diverse caseload (assigned or personally originated)
- Experience chairing client and corporate meetings
- Strong organizational skills, including managing electronic task lists and billing
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive case status updates
- Proficiency across all phases of litigation, including:
- Drafting complaints and answers
- Discovery
- Witness preparation
- Taking and defending depositions
- Motion practice
- Trial preparation and conduct
- Appellate work
