Job Description

Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Technician to provide top-tier technical support and service for our equipment and customers. Field Service Technicians will be responsible for field service installation and operations, problem-solving, customer training, and ensuring equipment performs to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for channel partners, end users, and field technicians.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment at customer site.
  • Train customers on operation, service, and maintenance of equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure system accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct testing and calibration of electrical and mechanical components.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and blue prints.
  • Travel up to 50% to support urgent service needs.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant field service experience preferred.
  • Strong electromechanical and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight stays when required.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
