Location: Raleigh, NC metro

Position Overview

Our client, a growing heavy civil contractor, needs an experienced Sitework Estimator to bid site development work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete sitework estimates: earthwork, utilities, paving
• Perform quantity takeoffs from plans
• Get and compare sub and supplier pricing
• Build bid packages and attend bid reviews
• Hand off awarded work to operations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sitework/heavy civil estimating
• Experience with takeoff and estimating software
• Strong knowledge of earthwork and utility work
• Detail oriented and deadline driven

Compensation

• Base salary: $120,000 - $150,000
• Strong benefits package
• Permanent, long-term role
