This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated attorney to grow within a collaborative and client-focused environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Draft and review title opinions (drilling, division order, acquisition)
• Address curative title issues and client inquiries
• Draft deeds, leases, assignments, and related real estate documents
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to energy law and property rights

What We're Looking For:

• 2–4+ years of title examination and opinion drafting experience
• Licensed in at least one of: WV, PA, or OH (multiple preferred)
• Background in energy/natural resources law preferred
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with a team-oriented mindset
