Business Litigation Associate – Naples, FL
A highly regarded global firm is seeking a talented Mid-Level Associate to join its Litigation and Dispute Resolution team in Naples, Florida. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sophisticated business, commercial, and construction litigation within a collaborative, high-performing practice group.
Responsibilities:
Manage cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and trials
Conduct factual investigations, legal research, and case strategy development
Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and discovery responses
Work directly with clients and provide practical, solutions-focused advice
Assist with business development and client relations initiatives
Qualifications:
JD and active Florida Bar membership (in good standing)
3–7 years of civil litigation experience (business, commercial, and/or construction litigation preferred)
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating effectively on a team
Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
