Trusts, Estates & Wealth Preservation Associate – Naples, FL
A highly regarded global firm is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join its Trusts, Estates & Wealth Preservation practice in Naples, Florida. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a respected team advising high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning, wealth preservation, and tax strategies.
Responsibilities:
Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and related instruments
Advise clients on wealth preservation, tax strategies, and business succession planning
Guide fiduciaries through the administration of trusts and estates
Design and implement asset protection structures
Prepare and review federal estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns
Support estate-related litigation matters as needed
Qualifications:
JD and active Florida Bar membership (in good standing)
4+ years of experience in trusts, estates, and wealth preservation (mid- to senior-level)
Demonstrated ability to draft estate planning and trust instruments
Strong understanding of tax planning and wealth transfer strategies
Exceptional communication, client service, and judgment skills
