Seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney to join their growing practice. This position offers flexibility, with opportunities for part-time, full-time, or hybrid schedules. The ideal candidate is a skilled litigator with a background in insurance defense who thrives in a fast-paced, trial-focused environment.
Handle a diverse caseload of insurance defense matters.
Manage all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and trial.
Advise clients on risk management, strategy, and case developments.
Collaborate with colleagues to leverage firm resources effectively.
Deliver top-tier client service and uphold the firm’s reputation for excellence.
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Admission to practice in PA
3+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation preferred.
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to independently manage cases while working collaboratively in a team setting.
Trial experience is a plus.
