About the Role

We are looking for a Tax Manager specializing in Real Estate Owners & Operators of Rental Property—including commercial office buildings, retail centers, malls, and residential apartment rentals. Knowledge of Form 1065).

Complex partnerships are the main requirement – you must be proficient in partnership tax returns and related tax law.

You would have at least three years almost exclusively preparing and reviewing real estate partnership tax returns for owners who also operate their properties.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s in Taxation (MST) preferred.
  • CPA strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience working heavily with real estate partnership tax returns.
  • Strong understanding of partnership allocations, multi-tier structures, and real estate operating entities.
  • Ability to review complex returns with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
