Job Title: Remote PEMB Drafter (MBS Software)
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled PEMB Drafter with extensive experience using MBS Software to detail metal building structures. This is a fully remote position, offering long-term stability, strong compensation, and the flexibility to work from home. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience detailing pre-engineered metal buildings.
Responsibilities:
Produce accurate and detailed metal building drawings using MBS Software
Create plans, elevations, sections, and connection details for PEMB structures
Interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and customer requirements
Collaborate with engineering, project management, and fabrication teams to ensure accuracy
Revise drawings and respond to design changes, RFIs, and project updates
Maintain quality control and adherence to industry and company standards
Qualifications:
10+ years of PEMB drafting experience using MBS Software
Deep understanding of metal building components, connections, and detailing standards
Strong ability to read and interpret construction documents
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Self-motivated and capable of managing workload remotely
