Project Manager – Restoration Services

The Project Manager oversees the full lifecycle of restoration projects, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to customer satisfaction. This role coordinates teams, subcontractors, and clients while maintaining compliance with safety and industry standards.

Job Type: Full Time, On-site

Responsibilities for the Project Manager:

  • Manage multiple water, fire, and mold remediation projects simultaneously.
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee crews, subcontractors, and equipment usage.
  • Maintain job budgets, costs, and project documentation.
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters, homeowners, and commercial clients throughout projects.
  • Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and OSHA safety regulations.

Requirements of the Project Manager:

  • 3–5+ years in restoration, construction, or project management.
  • Strong leadership, scheduling, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with industry software such as Xactimate and job-tracking systems.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
