What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 10+ years of experience managing architectural projects across all phases
- 5+ years of leadership experience, including project and staff management
- Architectural License (multi-state licensure a plus)
- Proven success in commercial and K-12 projects
- Advanced proficiency in Revit (AutoCAD experience a plus)
- Strong knowledge of building codes, technical detailing, and documentation
- Client-focused with the ability to develop creative solutions and build long-term relationships
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
