A well-established firm in South Carolina is currently seeking an experienced Professional Land Surveyor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual to contribute to a leading company that specializes in a variety of services, including civil engineering, transportation, land surveying, and landscape architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform land surveying duties including boundary, topographic, and construction surveys
• Analyze data from surveys and prepare reports, maps, and legal descriptions
• Work with a team of engineers and other professionals to support project goals
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of surveys and related documentation
• Ensure compliance with all state and local surveying laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Must possess a Professional Land Surveyor license in South Carolina
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying
• Proficiency in survey software, GPS systems, and other surveying tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
