Position Overview:
This role is ideal for an attorney with 3–5 years of experience in complex civil or business litigation. Unlike insurance defense roles, this position focuses on more nuanced, high-stakes disputes involving commercial and corporate issues. The firm fosters an entrepreneurial culture and is looking for someone eager to take ownership of their cases and career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex civil and business litigation matters from intake through resolution
Draft and argue substantive motions, conduct depositions, and assist with trial preparation
Strategize and execute high-level legal solutions for a diverse client base
Collaborate closely with partners and clients in a hands-on, supportive environment
Requirements:
J.D. and active California Bar license
3–5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in complex or business litigation
Strong legal writing, analytical, and case management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Desire to work in a collaborative, high-performance culture
