Position Overview:
This role is ideal for an attorney with 3–5 years of experience in complex civil or business litigation. Unlike insurance defense roles, this position focuses on more nuanced, high-stakes disputes involving commercial and corporate issues. The firm fosters an entrepreneurial culture and is looking for someone eager to take ownership of their cases and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex civil and business litigation matters from intake through resolution

  • Draft and argue substantive motions, conduct depositions, and assist with trial preparation

  • Strategize and execute high-level legal solutions for a diverse client base

  • Collaborate closely with partners and clients in a hands-on, supportive environment

Requirements:

  • J.D. and active California Bar license

  • 3–5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in complex or business litigation

  • Strong legal writing, analytical, and case management skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

  • Desire to work in a collaborative, high-performance culture
