Pre-Engineered Metal Building Construction Travel Superintendent - ( Little Rock, AR area)

NOW HIRING! BIG need for a Pre-Engineer Metal Building Travel Construction Superintendent for the Little Rock, AR area! As a PEMB Construction Superintendent, you will be working closely with project engineers, project manager, subcontractors, and clients to enrsure on time and budget projects dealing with diverse portfolio of PEMB projects throughout the area. You will be responsible for analyzing project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine the overall running of pre-engineered metal building construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PEMB construction processes, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with others. 

Key Responsibilities of PEMB Superintendent:

• Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to understand project requirements.
• Conduct regular walks and review detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitive pricing.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other team members to identify potential opportunities or issues.
• Prepare and present comprehensive and accurate updates and reports to clients when needed.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as necessary.
• Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and industry best practices.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of project schedules, budget and deadlines.

Qualifications for PEMB Superintendent Position:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field 5-10yrs (Preferred), local / area experience a big plus!
• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a track record of successfully running Pre-Engineered Metal Building / Steel building projects.
• Strong knowledge of multifamily construction processes, materials, and methods.
• Proficiency in construction scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and safety skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with prior: aviation, education, sports, industrial, commercial, storage and institutional exp. a big plus
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Pre-Engineered Metal building codes and regulations needed.
