Supports preconstruction teams with estimating, bid packaging, takeoffs, and proposal preparation for commercial building projects.
Perform quantity takeoffs and assist with pricing.
Prepare bid packages and track subcontractor participation.
Support budgeting and value-engineering efforts.
Maintain preconstruction documentation and deadlines.
Assist with proposal development.
Experience in estimating, preconstruction, or project engineering.
Strong analytical skills and blueprint reading ability.
Excellent communication and document organization.
