Tax Senior/Tax Supervisor – CPA or EA | Hybrid | Growing Public Accounting Firm
Our client, a well-established public accounting firm, is seeking an experienced Tax Senior or Tax Supervisor to join their collaborative team and take on a meaningful mentorship role.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and oversee tax returns prepared by junior staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Mentor and train team members with 2–3 years of experience, fostering their technical and professional growth.
- Manage multiple client engagements with minimal preparation responsibilities—focus on review and quality control.
- Provide guidance on tax issues and support senior leadership on complex matters.
- Build strong relationships with clients and serve as a reliable point of contact.
Qualifications
- CPA or EA license (CPA required for future Manager promotion; EA acceptable at Senior/Supervisor level).
- 4–8 years of public accounting experience in tax, with a strong emphasis on review work.
- Background from a mid-sized firm preferred (not Big 4, not very small firms).
- Proven ability to mentor, review work product, and provide constructive feedback.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Compensation
- Competitive salary based on experience level (4–8 years).
