A growing, client-focused firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join its pre-litigation team. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in personal injury matters—from client onboarding through settlement negotiations. This role is well-suited for a high-performing junior associate or an experienced senior associate looking to take on a meaningful, fast-paced, and rewarding position within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters.
Review and analyze medical records, police reports, and supporting evidence.
Maintain consistent communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.
Negotiate favorable settlements on behalf of clients.
Partner with the litigation team on cases transitioning into litigation or trial.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice in Missouri (Illinois license preferred).
3–5+ years of personal injury experience in a pre-litigation or litigation setting.
Strong negotiation, communication, and client-management skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Capable of working independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
