Hospice RN Nurse (AM and PM Shifts) — Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available | $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate needs and progress
  • Safely and accurately administer medications in line with care plans
  • Perform treatments including dressing changes and IV therapies
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers to facilitate and process patient orders
  • Mentor, guide and supervise CNA staff to ensure excellent support and teamwork
