Production Manager – Signage Industry

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for signage production and team management? Our client, a well-established and growing signage company, is looking for a Production Manager to oversee daily operations, manage a skilled production team, and ensure high-quality signage solutions are delivered on time.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the entire production process, from design to fabrication and installation
• Operate and maintain large-format digital printers, vinyl cutters/plotters, and lamination machines
• Manage CNC operations and metal fabrication processes
• Ensure production schedules are met and projects are executed efficiently
• Maintain inventory, order materials, and manage workflow
• Lead a team of 5+ production staff, providing training, guidance, and performance management
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements
• Maintain compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and quality control

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in a full-scale manufacturing or signage production environment
• Expertise in vinyl printing, cutting & application, dimensional lettering, ADA signage, and electrical signs
• Strong knowledge of sign-making materials (vinyl, metals, acrylics, adhesives, substrates, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and sign industry software (preferred)
• Proven leadership experience, managing direct and indirect reports
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
