Key Responsibilities
Oversee the entire Commercial Lines Division (account managers, CSRs, and assistants)
Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to team members
Manage complex commercial lines accounts with accuracy and professionalism
Collaborate with senior leadership to strengthen and grow client relationships
Drive efficiency, productivity, and success across the division
Qualifications
10+ years of commercial lines insurance experience
Previous leadership or management experience strongly preferred
Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills
Ability to thrive in a 100% in-office environment within a collaborative, close-knit team
