📍 Onsite in Albany County, Wyoming

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, Perform, & Lead audit engagements and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Develop client relationships and provide expert financial guidance
• Mentor and supervise staff, fostering professional development
• Stay current on GAAP, GAAS, and industry regulations
• Support firm growth through business development and strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or a related field.
• Active CPA license required.
• 3–5 years of public accounting audit experience
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements, meet deadlines, and handle competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, colleagues, and firm leadership.
• Demonstrated interest in pursuing a leadership role with long-term commitment to the firm.
