Responsibilities

  • Lead all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule goals are met

  • Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, schedules, and forecasts

  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment

  • Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and all related documentation

  • Conduct site visits, review progress, and proactively resolve issues before they become costly delays

  • Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance and identify potential risks

  • Facilitate project meetings, prepare progress reports, and communicate updates effectively

  • Lead and mentor Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other team members

  • Promote a safety-first culture and ensure all work meets company quality standards


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction

  • Strong background in ground-up, renovation, or tenant improvement projects

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (experience considered in lieu of degree)

  • Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain strong attention to detail
