A respected Austin law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing team. Working directly with the partner leading the civil practice, the associate will gain hands-on experience across construction, real estate, business, and general civil litigation while receiving meaningful mentorship in a supportive, collegial environment.
What You'll Do
Handle civil litigation matters from development through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Participate in discovery, depositions, hearings, and motion practice
Work directly with clients ranging from large companies to small businesses and individuals
Collaborate with experienced attorneys on practical legal strategies

Strong research, writing, and communication skills
Interest in construction, real estate, or business law
Hard-working, dependable, and personable
Texas Bar admission
