Design Engineer

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Design Engineer to join our team and help drive the development and enhancement of our products. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced engineer ready to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
As a Design Engineer, you will lead product design efforts, working hands-on in modeling, testing, and prototyping. You’ll collaborate across departments—including engineering, manufacturing, and product management—and interface directly with key customers to understand requirements and deliver innovative, manufacturable solutions.
Lead the design, modification, and enhancement of components, subassemblies, and systems to meet product standards and customer requirements.
Drive excellence in materials selection, design practices, manufacturability, and maintainability.
Partner with production teams to ensure seamless manufacturing integration and continuous process improvement.
Establish and maintain engineering standards, best practices, and documentation.
Use capacity planning tools to align team resources with project demands.
Mentor and guide design staff, conducting performance reviews and development planning.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
5+ years of hands-on engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage engineering projects.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
