👷‍♂️ Who We’re Looking For:

  • B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field

  • EIT or PE certification (or on track to obtain)

  • 3+ years (Project Engineer) or 5+ years (Project Manager) of relevant land development experience

  • Experience with site design, utility layout, stormwater management, and permitting

  • Strong communication and project coordination skills

  • Passion for delivering high-quality work and solving real-world problems

  • Salary Range:

    • Project Engineer: $80,000 – $95,000

    • Project Manager: $95,000 – $110,000
