My team and I are currently seeking an experienced Commerical Title Officer/Closer to join a dynamic team. If you have a strong background in real estate, particularly with title experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Below are the key details:

Role: Commercial National Title Officer/Closer

Location: Onsite, Hybrid or Remote in Ocean County, NJ

• MUST LIVE WITHIN COMMUTING DISTANCE EVERY SO OFTEN TO OCEAN COUNTY, NJ

Requirements: 

• 5+ years of Title Experience or as a Real Estate Paralegal**
National Title Experience Required
• Commercial experience required
  • Residential experience a bonus
• Proficiency in preparing CDs and HUD-1 settlement statements and disbursements
• Experience Clearing Title & Disbursement 
• Producer License and Notary Preferred 

Duties:

• Reviewing Title Documents: Examine title searches and public records to identify potential issues, such as liens, encumbrances, or unpaid taxes, that need to be resolved before closing.
• Clearing Title Issues: Work with all parties, including lenders, sellers, and buyers, to resolve any issues or defects found in the title.
• Preparing Closing Documents: Prepare essential documents such as deeds, mortgage documents, HUD-1 settlement statements, and Closing Disclosures (CDs) to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Coordinating with Stakeholders: Collaborate with real estate agents, attorneys, lenders, and insurance companies to ensure that all aspects of the closing process are completed accurately and on time.
• Conducting the Closing: Facilitate the closing process by explaining documents to buyers and sellers, collecting signatures, and overseeing the transfer of funds.
