🚨 Hiring: Commercial Re-Roofing Sales Estimator – Colorado 🚨

We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Commercial Re-Roofing Sales Estimator to join our team! If you’re a go-getter with a strong background in commercial roofing sales, we want to hear from you.

🔨 What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients (property owners, GCs, facility managers).
  • Identify and secure new re-roofing sales opportunities.
  • Conduct site assessments and deliver tailored roofing solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5+ years of commercial roofing sales experience (re-roofing preferred).
  • Knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, coatings a plus).
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documents.
  • Valid driver’s license & willingness to travel in Colorado.
