Associate Attorney in Irvine

Job Description

Position: Associate Attorney ( Irvine or San Diego): Seeking 1-10 years of Civil Litigation attourneys. Preferably with personal injury experience but will look at attorneys with strong general civil litigation experience. Will consider by defense and plaintiff. 

Billable Hour requirement: minimum 160 but attourneys bill 160-180- there is plenty of work. 1920 billables.

Schedule Expectations:

• Junior Attorneys (1–3 years): Onsite
• Mid-Level Attorneys: Hybrid
• Senior Attorneys: Remote

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary Range:

• 1–2 years: $120K–$125K
• 3 years: $135K–$140K
• 4 years: $145K–$150K
• 5 years: $155K–$160K
• 6 years: $165K–$170K
• 7 years: $175K–$180K
• 8 years: $185K–$190K
• 9 years: $195K–$200K
• 10+ years: $200K+

Bonus Structure (if any): quarterly bonus based on billables and performance
