Position Overview

Our client, an established heavy civil contractor, is looking for a Safety Coordinator to join their team in the Cleveland, OH area. This is a permanent, full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Run the site safety program and inspections
• Lead safety training and toolbox talks
• Investigate incidents and track corrective actions
• Keep work in line with OSHA requirements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction safety experience
• OSHA 30 required; CHST/CSP a plus
• Strong communication with field crews

Compensation

• Base salary: $60,000 - $120,000
• Strong benefits package
