Job Description

A leading mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Technician with a strong background in commercial service and installation. This is a full-time opportunity for a reliable professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality work, can manage job sites, and works well with both clients and crew members.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Install, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems and fixtures.

 

  • Diagnose issues and perform timely repairs or replacements.

     

  • Supervise apprentices and subcontractors as needed.

     

  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.

     

  • Ensure all work complies with plumbing codes and safety standards.

     

  • Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and leadership.

     

  • Coordinate materials and labor to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 3–5+ years of commercial plumbing experience required.

     

  • High school diploma or GED; trade school or formal plumbing training preferred.

     

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

     

  • Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs. and performing manual labor.

     

  • Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.

     

  • Knowledge of commercial plumbing codes and systems.
