What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5-7 years of litigation experience
• License: Florida 
• Litigation Expertise: Casualty, premises or product liability or complex litigation

Position Details:

• Responsible for high exposure litigation cases from inception to trial
• A keen eye for detail, especially in preparing trial materials and handling intricate case details
• Strong collaboration skills, working seamlessly with attorneys and team members on high-stakes cases
• Conduct accident scene inspections with experts, draft reports and analyze liability, causation and damages
