About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Welder to join a leading industrial manufacturing team. This position is responsible for welding and fabricating large, complex components used in industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong blueprint-reading skills, attention to detail, and experience working with multiple welding processes.

Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG, TIG, FCAW, and/or pulse welding on carbon steel and other metals.

  • Weld and fabricate large industrial components and equipment.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings.

  • Set up welding machines and select the appropriate settings for each application.

  • Perform fit-up, tack welding, and final welding according to specifications.

  • Use hand tools, grinders, and other fabrication equipment.

  • Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and proper penetration.

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

  • Follow company quality standards and safety procedures.

  • Work closely with fitters, fabricators, assemblers, and other production team members.

Qualifications

  • Previous welding experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.

  • Strong understanding of welding processes and equipment.

  • Experience welding carbon steel and heavy-gauge materials is preferred.

  • Ability to perform quality welds while maintaining production requirements.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Position Details

  • Direct Hire

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

  • Industrial Manufacturing Environment

  • Opportunity to work on large-scale, complex equipment and fabrication projects
