Commercial Construction Lead Project Manager (St. Louis, MO)

NOW HIRING! An established and growing industry leading St.Louis-based General Contractor is looking for a Construction Project Manager who can lead Healthcare construction projects. Applicable project experience for this Project Manager could include a work history of healthcare, offices, clinics in background. This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager in St. Louis, MO to develop into their own role and reach your career goals!

Qualifications for Lead Project Manager:

• 7+ years of experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Projects of $10MM or more desirable
• Stable work history
• Strong ground-up commercial construction experience (renovation work will be also highly considered)

Responsibilities of Lead Project Manager:

• Ensuring project success including safety, schedule, profitability, quality and customer satisfaction
• Assuring business development with client contacts, relationships, proposals, presentations and negotiations
• Establish professional working relationships with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors
• Administering contract terms and conditions, contract documents, subcontract agreements, purchase order agreements, etc.
• Coordination with the appropriate team members and business clientele
