Senior Accountant

We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Senior Accountant to join our growing team and play a key role in driving financial performance across multiple business units. What You’ll Do:

• Lead the month-end close process and produce clean, accurate financials across multiple entities.
• Prepare consolidated reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership.
• Dig into cost accounting—analyzing BOMs, inventory, variances, and helping operations improve margins.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
• Build efficient financial processes, optimize ERP systems (Sage, QuickBooks, etc.), and support scalable growth.

Who You Are:

• 5–10 years of experience in accounting, ideally in manufacturing or distribution.
• Fluent in Excel and ERP systems; confident navigating data and streamlining workflows.
• Solid understanding of cost structures, inventory, and margin analysis.
• Comfortable juggling multiple entities and working across departments.
