Personal Lines Account Manager - Are you an experienced insurance professional ready to advance your career? We're looking for a passionate Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, providing expert advice to clients, and helping them protect their assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, delivering top-notch service to clients.
  • Assess clients' insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage options, and prepare quotes.
  • Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring smooth and efficient resolutions.
  • Stay current on industry trends and insurance products to provide expert advice.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through regular communication.
  • Solicit and sell new policies and earn 40% commissions
  • Renew existing policies and earn 40% commissions

Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
  • Valid state insurance license (Property & Casualty).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Customer-focused with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with insurance software and CRM systems
  • Willingness to pursue professional designations such as CISR or CIC.
