Concrete Foreman
Location: Dallas, TX
Compensation: Competitive base pay + benefits
A reputable general contractor in the Dallas area is looking to hire an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead concrete crews on ground-up commercial construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Supervise all concrete work on active job sites including foundations, slabs, curbs, sidewalks, and structural elements
Coordinate and manage field crews to ensure quality, safety, and production goals are met
Interpret blueprints, specs, and project plans
Schedule material deliveries and coordinate with other trades
Report daily progress to the Superintendent or Project Manager
Ensure work is completed on time and within budget
Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on concrete experience
Strong knowledge of formwork, rebar, and concrete placement/finishing
Ability to manage and motivate a crew effectively
Strong safety record and understanding of OSHA standards
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
