Project Director – Commercial Mechanical Construction
Location: Nashville, TN (Local candidates preferred)
Compensation: Up to $140,000 base (depending on experience) + benefits
Position Type: Full-Time

Gpac is partnered with a mechanical contractor recently recognized as one of the Top 50 fastest-growing companies in the region—and ranked among the Top 10 fastest-growing mechanical construction companies in the U.S. They’re seeking an experienced Project Director to lead large-scale commercial projects and mentor teams from their Nashville office.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager in mechanical construction

  • Strong background in HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems (all are a plus)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ProCore, and Bluebeam

  • Experience with Primavera P6 preferred

  • Autodesk knowledge is a plus

  • Strong leadership, budgeting, and project delivery experience
