A well-respected Missouri law firm is expanding and seeking a talented Creditors’ Rights Attorney to join its growing team. This role is perfect for an attorney with strong experience representing financial institutions, lenders, or creditors in collections, litigation, and bankruptcy matters—especially someone ready to elevate their practice in a collaborative, client-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in creditors’ rights matters, including collections, foreclosures, loan workouts, bankruptcy, and related litigation.
Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Handle court appearances, manage dockets, and advocate for clients in hearings and trials.
Advise on compliance with state and federal lending and collection laws.
Collaborate with attorneys across the firm to craft effective strategies and solutions.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active Missouri Bar license in good standing.
3+ years of experience in creditors’ rights, collections, bankruptcy, or financial services litigation.
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with accuracy and efficiency.
